Mental health and wellbeing has a huge impact on your working day. I am now working with businesses to provide talks and workshops helping people to develop mental resilience and better coping strategies to manage stress and overwhelm.
I’ve worked with Perth and Kinross Council, Vets Now and Aviva, as more and more companies recognise the importance of mental health as a crucial attribute for their employees to gain and maintain.

I will be launching an on-line programme which will enable women who have left emotionally abusive relationships to go through a transformative programme, moving them past victimhood and on to mastering their mindset and becoming a creator of their own happiness. The programme will take you from stressed and anxious to empowerment using many of the skills and techniques I have used myself to complete just this journey. I am so excited to share what I have learnt with you all.
